I get errors when I run WinScrip. What’s wrong?
You are probably using an old version of Windows.  You have to install an updated version of MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Components) and Jet Components.  Visit our update page to download these components.  The most common error is "Multi-step OLE DB operation generated errors".  These downloads will fix this problem.

I would rather not use a credit card online.  Can I still place an order?
Yes. We realize that some of you still have doubts about internet security.  Please contact us toll-free at 1-888-SCRIP-08.
 
Why is Plimus on your order page?

I lost my registration information.  Can you send it to me again?
Yes. Just contact support@winscrip.com and we will email you a new registration key. Please include your full name and your email address for us to validate your registration.

Is Windows XP supported?
Yes. WinScrip has been tested with XP (Home and Professional editions). Since only the latest components were used during development, you can be assured that your copy will perform efficiently on these platforms.

Why isn't Windows 95 supported?
Several versions of Windows have been released since Windows 95 (98, ME, 2000, XP). In fact, on December 31, 2002
Microsoft stopped supporting Windows 95. Although we have found no problems while running on this platform, we felt that our efforts were better spent ensuring stable and efficient performance on later releases of the Windows operating systems.
